The Born Loser by Art & Chip Sansom Gladys: What are you up to, sweetheart? Brutus: I'm doing my annual review of the state of our financial plan for retirement. Gladys: How is it doing? You look worried! Brutus: Well, our mortgage is almost paid off...our credit card debt is paid down...we have adequate cash on hand for an emergency... Brutus: And we've accumulated enough money in our retirement fund to support a modest but comfortable lifestyle. Gladys: Well, it sounds like we have everything covered - we should be financially secure in our old age! Brutus: Yes...but with all the money that took, it's the present I'm worried about!

I don’t understand some people. Why complain about medical coverage. I recently went through cancer treatment. 35 radiation treatments and 3 chemo treatments. Never paid a thing, except for $200 for some pills not covered by OHIP. But i forgot i live in Canada where we believe everyone should have medical care if needed, not just the rich
