I am sure many older readers like myself remember those ads in the comic books of the ’70s or so where Charles Atlas would promise that any pencil necked 98 pound weakling could stopped getting sand kicked in his face and impress the ladies with some exercises that only required a bit of hard work, a postage stamp and a chair…..
