Abby: Edith, we don't have enough players to hike the ball, so the QB just goes, "Hut one, hut two, hut three..." and slaps the ball to start the play. Edith: Why, "hut"? Abby: Huh? Edith: Why, "Hut one, hut two, hut three"? Why not something else? "Bibbity, bobbity, boo" comes to mind... Abby: It has always been "hut." Edith: Perhaps, there's a historical significance. Something to do with the four horsemen of Notre Dame, for instance. No that would go to "hut four." Jack: Can we just play 2 vs 3. Edith: Knute one, knute two, knute three"...
