I always play a little salsa music to get my body moving. It doesn’t really work when I’m really down, but at least I move my body a little.
That used to be me all the time. I’m a little better; get recharged a little faster these days.
I can recharge easily enough but my battery drains very fast these days.

Took me until this morning to recharge from my Art show on Saturday. It happens.
