Let’s step back and look at this situation. Calvin’s imaginary friend tells him about an imaginary situation involving a bee which evolves into an imaginary sting. Hmmmm. What would Freud say about this?

Freud would have a heyday with Calvin.

Imagine all the BEES living in a world of peace…..YOU-HOO-HOO-HOO may say I’m a dreamer…but I’m not the only one, I hope someday you’ll join us….and all the BEES will be one.

Calvin has a fear of insect-inside.

That imagination is great ,wow I wish I had it. I would be young forever ?

Hobbes (the poster): Thanks for the picture insertion instructions on Saturday. I’d have thanked you yesterday but for some reason, I couldn’t get my computer to do anything when I tried to go back to the previous day’s comic and read all the postings left after mine like I normally do. Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your response (don’t know if I’ll actually be able to do it or not since I consider myself to be the QUEEN of “Computer-Stupid Land” but . . . you just never know!).

it’s a shame, most people mistake a honey be with the yellow jacket, a very aggressive bee and will attack you. A honey bee will not attack you unless your are very close to the hive and are aggressive. by the way, this is a comic, people are reading way more into what these two guys are doing. although, calvin sometimes reminds me of several of my 11 grandkids.
