   Where do you get that idea? the ACA is the only thing preventing insurance company denial of benefits on the grounds of “pre-existing condition”, a practice very common before the ACA was passed.

   Sorry, but you are so wrong. The only thing that the ACA will accomplish is rationing of health care. This has been the result in every place where it has been done. These are the same people who run Amtrack and the Post Office. While I was working on my MBA, I did an extensive study on this very subject. When you have to pay the Docs by yourself or through insurance, the Doc works for you and therefore wants you to be happy with the results. Once the Doc works for the government (which is coming) the Doc will only be concerned with keeping below budget. This does not help.

   ACA is just a modified version of the Corporate Insurance we already have. Except that they can’t now reject you for pre-existing conditions as they did before when they rationed it. Where the corporate owners decided if you should live or die.)

    Read the New England Journal of Medicine, and you will find they disagree with the conservatives about the ACA. I’m a physician. My wait times are dictated by need, not political BS. Mneedle and you clearly know little about medicine. www.nejm.com

    I cannot believe the ignorance about health care to this day. Shows that the rightwing spin machine has brainwashed enough. Obamacare does not go far enough, thanks to you idiots. “Rationing health care” as opposed to having your health decided by a bureaucrat in a suit who knows NOTHING about you or your health? You only WISH you had socialized medicine, which, despite your best efforts, is at least on the horizon.
    But then, I live in a civilized country where health care for all is a given.
