Except for the fact that he dropped the buckets. And by that not “protecting” what he was carrying.

    Exactly.
The water and bucket can be replaced.
    You can not.
I cross fit train twice a week 45 minutes each session. OUT side in the heat of the afternoon. Sweat till my clothes are drenched. Till my body aches. Done it twice every week for the last 5 months.
Had to go hands on with a angry violator a couple of days ago. It was over in 5 seconds. Him on the floor, me on top in control.
Never even broke a sweat much less out of breath. And the bad guy was none the worse for wear. At least he was alive. No one died.

Sweating is good. The skin (and sweat) is the 3rd kidney. Detoxification is good. 95% of us will not die from a traumatic event (bad guy, car crash, lightning strike) but from slow decline, eg cardiovascular disease, or obesity leading to lack of balance, leading to a fall…. So? “We have met the enemy, and he is us.” ~~ Walt Kelly (creator of “Pogo”) … It’s our habits, our discipline (or lack thereoff) that shapes our life (and our death). I do saunas, yoga, long hikes, lift wgts, dance, and do a lot of massages (on others). Hey Vetran — bravo & kudos to you!
