    That’s what androids do . . .

    . . . or do they?

Kermit and Woody are not known fighters. Buzz and Miss Piggy would be epic.

I gotta give it to Woody.
As a Rootin’ Tootin’ Wild West Lawman he’d have Kermit trussed up in no-time!

For a split second I was thinking, “Woody Woodpecker? What the…?” And then I realized it was Woody from Toy Story.

If it was Woody Woodpecker, though, Kermit wouldn’t stand a chance. I always thought he was violent, even for a cartoon.

Woody was toned down several times at the insistence of censors. Walter Lantz regretted the forced change, stating it was never violence in any realistic sense; it was slapstick.

Although the cartoons were being released to general audiences, children were especially attracted, and of course, the little darlings couldn’t be expected to know the difference! Why, a whole generation grew up trying to imitate the gags they saw in theatrical cartoons…. didn’t they?

I’m glad to say that my guy would fall asleep even before me, but when he brings a book to read (aloud to me) or a toy, it’s for FUN!

It could happen. Disney owns both of them. The winner would take on Disney’s ultimate fighter, Donald Duck.

Kermit is at least twice as tall and much bulkier than Woody. A toy story character wouldn’t stand a chance against almost any muppet.
