"So our Monday meetings are being moved to Wednesday next year?"

"But we're still going to call them our Monday meetings?"
"I don't want to confuse the staff."
Our Friday end-of-day meetings are at lunchtime (so as not to inconvenience the managers who have Important Things To Do on Friday afternoons. Because of the big boss’s external commitments, on the Friday the week before last it was held at 9:30 a.m.
Oddly, none of the management found it strange, despite having held a Thursday end-of-day meeting at the end of Thursday.
