    I haven’t used lighter fluid in years. I use one of those ‘chimneys’ that light the charcoal with newspaper. Or one of those little wax starter squares. No lighter taste.

    That’s why I use “Gas Buddy”….so I can find the cheapest gas. It helps offset the cost of the chickens. By the way, cooking with gas means you don’t have to remove the feathers…it happens naturally.
