So very true. Last trip I took by air included a lady with knitting needles that were at least 18 inches long.
Do away with TSA. No one will care about the job loss, and we might be able to balance the budget without the expense.
Do you feel safer that TSA is out there for you? I don’t. Nor do I ever expect to hear how many hundreds of billions were spent to make it into the bloated, inefficient agency that it currently is.

TSA was a GW Bush government jobs creation. Just another part of the secret government police force out there to constantly check up on you. Republicans are for smaller government, what a myth.
.
You’re never alone,
You’re never disconnected!
You’re home with your own:
When company’s expected,
You’re well protected!
.
Then you are set
With a capital J,
Which you’ll never forget
Till they cart you away.

I support loading all liberals in a plane filled with mouth foaming jihadists that weren’t searched.

Well, the same Bush ended the sky marshal program. He liked TSA instead.

As usual, you don’t know what you are talking about. George W. wanted to hire civilian workers to do the job. The Democrat congress insisted it be Federal workers. So you get people who sleep on the job, miss all kinds of things, including a fake bomb in some guy’s pants! After 9/11 we needed something to keep dangerous items off airplanes, or don’t you remember back that far? Now they want to allow dangerous items back on the planes – you can take a knife, but not shampoo. How damned absurd is this?

I am pretty sure there are still sky marshals. Just not on every flight. Maybe you should check it out.
