Not sure it’s home for uncle Sam. I think he’s referring to Europe and its reliance on Moscow, rather than the Dollar.

Nah, Merkel doesn’t have long hair but I was thinking, like Ruff, it represented Europe (‘cos all Europeans are fair with long flaxen locks :-|) but I’m guessing you said Merkel as to represent Europe…
