“Booking [off]”! I haven’t heard that beloved term used in this context for ages. Love it!

Relax. You weren’t castrated, you were just neutered so you couldn’t make puppies. , Everything else still works. As long as you lift a leg to pee, and not squat, you’re a boy.

Correct. They don’t give dogs and cats vascectomies. They really do cut them off. Hence the market for nueticles. If you’re not familiar google it.

Two questions: (1) Is that Koko’s brother/ litter-mate? And (2) Is the lost skier the old man from yesterday?

Actually our male dog was neutered as a pup and he never lifts his leg.

Why do you think they do it in the first place—-for fun? Yes the boys an girls can’t reproduce.

“Booking off”? Never heard it before. Is that New-Zealandish? (That’s where Raeside comes from, if memory serves.)

Castration is not a vasectomy, it removes the testicles and this changes the animal (no testosterone). This is exactly the procedure in neutering mammals, even humans.
