@bagbalmAnd with good reason. In my state they are starting to get aggressive, chasing people on bicycles on park paths, jumping fences to snatch small pets, raiding garbage cans. They’ve found it easier to be around people and have no fear. But the people can’t do anything as it’s illegal to shoot firearms within city limits. Live trapping is no good as coyotes are too smart about them and leg holds are not allowed. The wildlife department offers suggestions but won’t do anything about it. So people have to come up with other ways of dealing with the situation. One of these days, some child will be injured and then they’ll do something.
