Mine went from 38 to 33 now that I am retired…I work harder now than when I was getting paid for it…

I was a 32 in high school, went up as high as a 36 in my 30s
Now I’m 50 and wearing 32s again, work keeps me running so hard I’m having trouble keeping enough weight ON

@Doctor Toon
I should have such problems. I have to be so vigilant to keep the weight off. Are you still on vacation? Just sit around the house, eat and pet the cats. That’ll do it.

I ballooned to 40 inches or more, took it off, put half on. A year or so ago I was 40 again (technically) and yet only weighed about 206-208. Not as worried now but my pants still fit (sizes 36-38).
I don’t understand measurements any more.
My doctor is not panicked and my much-younger girlfriend thinks I am sexy and cute.
That’s good enough for me.
