start small Al… go for a long (long, long, long, long) walk deep into the forest… don’t stop at the first clearing or even the second… go eleven clearings deep (deep, deep, deep) into the wilderness… sit and become one with nature… don’t forget to bring the breadcrumbs with you… and if you do forget… oh, well…
