    We had our choice of three lots to put our new modular on

    Smallest lot of the three, double wide modular, not much yard to maintain

    One hour – tops

    The list that includes teaching your kids has two advantages, first you actually spend time with your kids and two- within a year or two, they will think that mowing the lawn is their job. Of course, then they move out, but it’s great for the couple years that it lasts.

    Each item on the first list is a two hour job.

    The sooner you start the sooner you finish, Larry.

    Sarah’s list is an all day job. Or at least a 8 am to lunch time slot. (then you have to clean the mower and put it all away properly)
    .
    Larry’s list is a two day affair.

    First list could be condensed to “lawn: make it pretty”. Not sure why you would need all that written down anyway.

    @Boots at the Boar

    Lawn make pretty means…..a new mailbox….. Repainting the fence….putting a potted flowering plant in the front….adding a tree……
    .
    Some people need direction.
