   But we had FRICKIN’ SPRING (50s for the lows/ 70 for the highs) here last week when we should have had snow on the ground, or least in piles on the north sides of buildings.

   That would be the one advantage to being an American — I wouldn’t need a passport to escape winter! (I still don’t understand why all Americans don’t live in Hawaii!!)

    If you check out the last week or two of strips, you’ll see he’s started doing that a lot. I kind of miss the old stoic Stan myself.

    Not a winter person at all. Don’t know what is going on here in Texas but with thunder sleet a few days in a row, below freezing temps at night and 40s during the day, YUCK!
