Exploring the land of the cheesy plastic shoes. Watch out for the foot hunters!

I’d be wary of Foot safety in Crocs, too….Gaitors, however, are useful for hiking.

I was on jury duty with a big motorcycle riding type guy who wore them while on a case. We were in the hallway with the judge and he did a double-take when he spotted them, smiled, and just shook his head.
I wouldn’t mind trying them, but only at home or out in the yard (maybe.)
And yes, great comment interceptor! Best I’ve heard in some time.

I once saw a distinguished-looking older gentleman in a red button-down shirt, tweed vest, gray pants, argyle socks, and a pair of green crocs like those on the left of today’s strip. If it weren’t for the crocs, he looked like he was just stopping off for some groceries after hosting an episode of Masterpiece Theater.
