    I use three small plates … that way the desserts don’t touch … one on each !
    BESIDES: you can always go back for seconds!

    I worked in an Alaskan logging camp some 40 years ago. The “plates” in the dining hall were huge, oval meat platters, about 12″×15″. Only 2 of the 63 guys there were slender…the rest of us were fat.

    nutri system…….that’s the basis for their diet plan, when they say "all you have to do is eat the food and you lose the weight’
    what they don’t say is that every meal is made to fit on a plate about the size of a saucer.
    you don’t need to pay nutri system to do that for you; weight loss is all about portion control, like our cartoon doc suggested, and , of course, exercise.

    Sounds like my poor heavy brother at a buffet..
    It’s not that his eyes are too big for his stomach..
    It’s that his stomach is too big for his plate..
    (He got thrown out of a all you can eat Chinese buffet..the owner said he was abusing the privilege..Quote!)

    I’ve got this new diet method of giving my food away to friends to avoid eating it. I think I’ve lost about 5 pounds so far. My relationships with my friends has improved, too.
