Thatababy's philosophy can be summed up quite neatly: To keep his parents on their toes. This new comic strip stars - well, a baby, of course, and the mother and father in charge of raising him. Thatababy's premise is as fun and instantly accessible as its crisp, colorful art: It's a baby's job to drive parent's crazy. You may recognize Thatababy as a finalist and runner-up in the Amazon Comic Strip Superstar contest that ran on Amazon.com in the fall of 2009. Thatababy received glowing reviews from the contest's celebrity panel of judges.

This kid is SO much like my younger brothers…and my sons.
I think one of the reasons I enjoy this strip is because I get to say to myself “he’s not MY responsibility!”
By the way, if Baby’s Mom and Dad are reading the comments, my brothers and my sons all grew up to be reasonably responsible adults.

I used to take the crayon shavings from the sharpener and melt them on a piece of paper to make art.

@lightenup
We used to put crayon shavings between sheets of waxed paper, then sandwich that between paper towels and iron it. (Does anybody use an iron anymore?). Made great “stained glass” for the church windows of our home-made Christmas cards.

Today’s Crayola crayons have a twistable push-up version of crayons. Not good, I loved sharpening them and peeling the paper off. :-)
