    I guess fixing a broken arm is against God’s will, too. Or, else why did he allow it to break in the first place?

    Funny, but 99.99% of Republicans (or any other group) don’t believe that crap. This is not “Republican science” in the same way that the belief that there are no inherent physical and mental differences between men and woman is “Democrat science”. Besides, NOBODY believes rape is “God’s will”. The issue is the chances of that sperm deposit resulting in a pregnancy.

    Don’t blame God for a man’s stupidity.

    @jrmerm

    If no one believes it who is saying it? More importantly who is voting for the people who “aren’t” saying it?

    Agreed. I blame man’s stupidity for creating the concept of “god”

    And yet Obama lost his lead with women and Romney is gaining woman’s votes. What is wrong with this picture?

    So an innocent man arrested for a crime he didn’t commit by police who are too understaffed and over worked to conduct a proper investigation and the lab tech fudges the DNA test because they have a quota of tests to perform every day if they want to keep there job get him convicted and sentenced to prison where every time he takes a dump there are three prison rapists waiting to fill the void…that is God’s will also ?
    .
    Is it God’s will we chose to be poor also ?

    “God” has a pretty good gig going. No matter how horrible the event, he gets praise and “credit”. Wars, famines, floods, rape, homicides, on and on; if this is “a benevolent god”, I sure wouldn’t want to honor a vindictive, petty, one.

    Maybe “99% of Republicans” don’t believe this crap, but twelve of the Republicans running for senate do. A vote for Republicans anywhere has become a vote for crazy.

    It’s crap like this that makes it clear to me that Christianity is the world’s most successful scam. You get to commit the worst possible crimes and repent on your deathbed and it’s all better. Worse, you get told all your suffering will be repaid in the next life. You have to DIE first to get any benefit from Christianity. How many fortunes have been built on this scam? How many more must die for the lie to be revealed?

    The cartoon says it (top of first panel). No republican is saying it. Another non-issue.

    There are nuts who believe exactly that. They tend to remove thmeselves and their offspring from the gene pool.

    I didn’t hear any candidates say “rape is God’s will”. Could you please supply the details on these quotes?
