    Now, if Spidey were owned by Disney, you’d be getting a cease and desist letter in Tuesday’s mail just to be able to prove in court they protect their trademark rights. (They actually have sued over non-commercial use of the big ears trademark.) Marvel Comics? Maybe not.

    That’s because Disney is a Mickey Mouse outfit that hasn’t done anything special in years. They rely on what was done during Walt’s tenure, except for some 20-year-old cartoon movies. Even the new CGI pictures that Disney released wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Pixar.
