Tall Tale Radio by Tom Racine

Episode Description

Welcome to Part 1 of my 3-part interview with Frank Page of "Bob the Squirrel." With the backdrop of a Mets/Yankees game going on in the background (I'm a Mets fan, he's a Yankees fan), we talk about how he got his start with the strip, his very cool run-in with documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, and so much more!

Sorry, haven’t seen “Bob the Squirrel.” They make great characters.

It ends right in the middle of Frank Page speaking. Could have used a better edit there.

Yeah…it’s hard to find really good points to edit…I think I like the idea of shorter interviews here on GoComics and then posting the longer one on Tall Tale Radio eventually, but my conversations tend to ramble naturally from one topic to another. We did change topics right at that point where he finished speaking…probably sounds better in the long version. :)
