Don’t require a lot of details, just bottom lines: how much gross earnings, how much income tax paid, how much shipped to overseas tax havens to AVOID (even if legally) paying taxes. Oh, and net “disposable” income left after “paying taxes”.

And you aren’t. And he won’t give you any. Instead will take more in taxes so the rich will have more and the 99% will end up carrying the load. Wake up, doood!

    So What?!
Dem’s are trying to blackmail Romney, and they’re pathetic.

If it is as Romney says, No income from Bain when jobs were exported, paid taxes every year, it would be to Romney’s benefit to release his returns.

Romney’s tax returns are with Obama’s school records.

Reid is not running for president. But while we’re on the subjesct, where is jon boners birth certificate? Second in line for president, the color of a basketball, something is amiss….

Where are the jobs Tea Party promised?

    @corzak

uhhhh dude, the TEA Party – as in “Taxed Enough Already” did not promise jobs. They were placed in office for the express purpose of cutting spending and balancing the budget. When we get enough of them in there it will happen.

Jobs? What can you do? Have any skills? Can you pick tomatoes, corn (if there is any) melons? Can you manage a bunch of kids at MickyD’s? Weld? Read a blueprint? Drive a nail? Or do you expect to go from a liberal arts college with a degree in philosophy to an executive position making 6 figures?

believing all the hype in college makes for a shock when you step into the real world.

Again …. what skills do you have?

First, Romney long ago released his 2010 tax return, it is easily available on the Internet and he paid tax—millions of dollars. It is amusing yet frustrating to see news media mention that he released that return—and in the same article, repeat Harry Reid’s assertion that Romney paid no tax in the last ten years—a blatant lie essentially refuted in the articles about the subject, yet that is never pointed out. Amazing…

You can drive a nail? That makes you a better pick than Romney’s running mate.

If your point is that Reid is a bum, or that politicians are hypocrites, then who can argue with that? Going forward there’s a choice to be made, that’s the reality of the situation. Who is going to best represent your best interests? Perfection is not one of the choices in this or any other election. In 2000 my children asked me what Bush’s election (as it were) meant. I told them that the middle class was about to be raped, brutally raped. Since I’m in that class I have to ask myself, as everyone should; who’s going to have my best interests at heart going forward?

Really? I dare say that you would not survive a week in my world. Care to try it? While I on the other hand am involved in academia and have first hand knowledge of yours.

Can you spend 10 hours in the hot sun with the heat being stored by rail and rock and reflected at you while you install 250 pound pieces of wood or 500 pound sticks of concrete in such a way as to keep the geometry of the structure intact so 100 ton vehicles remain on track? You may know the theory but can you apply it?

Bring your iron man triathlon running butt down to Florida and give it a try big boy.

And dude your second insult falls short of the mark. Inability to differentiate the real from the imaginary, abstract from concrete? You need to visit the real world once in a while yourself, my brother.

WHOA THERE COWBOY! You may want to read that comment of mine again. Every one of those things I presented where GOOD things. corzak was asking where are the jobs and I was just saying, there ARE jobs out there. Hard jobs and fair jobs that start you out at the bottom and allow you to hone your skills and prepare you for that shot at the executive position.

And I did NOT trash mouth an education. However, when you educate yourself in a limited area, where the availability of jobs in your area of expertise is limited, you should not sit down an cry about your bad luck you should seek other avenues to the same goal.

Look, I started working at 14 on the docks where my father ran a charter boat. I spent 7 years in the Army, I built chemical processing towers and whiskey stills in Ky, I made dry kiln equipment and I had a 30+ year stint building and maintaining railroad track in Florida. I know how to work and I know how to manage. I went to college in the 60’s and to war as well. I know what it takes to survive in most situations. What you don’t do is wait for someone else to provide for you.

Where are the JOBS? You can’t find one? Make one for yourself.
