We get it. A despot is clinging to power against the will of the people. It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last.

And once again, any cartoon that makes an official enemy look foolish isn’t required to be funny.

I agree with the “No fly Zone”. Our pilots must not be made to fly there!

Can’t help but be reminded of how we opposed Pinochet.

^ I had some knowledge of the Pinochet deal from one who was at one time a firm supporter but turned against him. This person also warned me that their goal was to gain control of the Panama Canal.
When we turned over the keys to Red China, I thought about that.

Notice the silence, other than a few words, from the EU and the Arab League.

Qadhafi isn’t an enemy of the State. The US has been normalizing relations with them for years. We have official diplomatic relations and the State Dept rescinded Libya’s designation as a state sponsor of terrorism. Besides, my comment wasn’t a complaint to the lack of hilarity as it was it was saying “enough with the Qadhafi comics already.”

^ America always has the need to denigrate, dehumanize, and question the sanity of anyone it decides is the enemy. It makes him so much easier and acceptable to kill.
