    Oh no! Honestly Joan! You’re ticking off every woman reading this who’s ever wanted to go to Paris!

    Ah, slapstick; a lovely comedy technique. And just as funny when the action is off-camera. Ms. Eliot, you ROCK!

    I have been told that even the other French people think that Parisians are rude.

    @corpcasselbury

    You have to remember that Paris is a big city and some of them have the same attitude that other big city dwellers have, such as New York. Also, I’ve seen how some Americans act, and it’s no wonder that Parisians are rude.

    Even for a comic strip, this is getting a little silly, hope tomorrow they have at least taken off…..

    “Trying” to run down the up escalator? As slow as those things go, I doesn’t take a whole lot of effort to actually succeed. (Speaking from experience.)

    My mother would have run back down the escalator to get away from her babies. Once they got a little older the problem was solved easily by locking them out of the house all day, every day, while she slept. Those were the good ol’ days! You can’t do that now.

    I hope not! Wally better make her go to Paris. And hopefully she’ll have such a great time and come back a relaxed woman.
