Those of us with communication difficulties depend on IM, texts, message boards, etc and there are normally safe places we depend on. Even when all members are adults that kind of thing from someone crashing in to troll or who doesn’t understand that the issue is real (kid once assumed a support group that his aunt hadn’t logged out of was some kind of joke). Right now I have a mod explaining how they are checking for dummy accounts, and how they are making sure it isn’t someone who reads but doesn’t post
