Going back to Nov 12. I don’t understand big business but I have read most of the 8 or so “new” cartoons here on
www.cagle.com I recommend that you save the homepage because following certain subjects or individual cartoonists can lead to dead ends. Also it loads slowly if you just have basic roadrunner.

Its funny how when the issue of gun control comes up the squid ink argument of abortion rears its ugly head. They are two seperate issues, let us not confuse them because they are not related.

The heck abortion and gun violence is not related! You cannot say that killing 50 million of the unborn has not desensitized us to killing! And 300,000 Americans still die from smoking each year! If it were really about “casualties,” abortion and tobacco would be banned. But no, it’s about something else: people control, not gun control. Liberals love abortion because it means less of a chance they’re going to run into some mugger in an alley. They love gun control, because they believe that once the population is disarmed, they can take away our freedoms and create their utopia!

If the GOP is going to support the concept of “Life” and work on banning all abortions, the the Democrats need to demand that any legislation proposed by the GOP must include a complete ban on assault weapons, large capacity magazines, and a strong mental capacity requirement for any and all gun sales. Additionally, if they really want to save lives, ban all gun shows.

orthodox catholic is really way out there. It was regan that shut down the mental hospitals and turned tens of thousands of mentally ill people out on the street. Not sure how you blame democrats for that.
As far as keeping abortion safe and legal so mothers lives can be saved, that has nothing to do with gun violence.
you really need to seek help, maybe some more meds would help. it appears your 12 step program has failed.

This is indeed what Liberals do not understand. Such gratuitous violence has indeed desensitized us. You start with the most defenseless among us, as Hitler did with the Jews, disarming them first, and then move on to the rest of the population.
