   What gets me is that all those “conservatives” who are up in arms over illegal immigrants taking American jobs don’t care that most good paying American jobs are moving overseas.

   Cpt., remember that some of those IOU’s are being signed by Obama. In fact, the only President to /not/ run up the deficit in the last 20 years was Clinton.

   Not true. Clinton had one year out of eight when he could borrow enough from the Restricted ‘Trust’ Funds (SS&Medicare) to cover the operating fund overspending; he could ‘balance’ the CASH-based budget.

   When you look at the accrual-based financial reports, which are a truer picture of annual costs, Clinton ran up at least some debt every year.

   He did reduce overspending considerably.
