   The only difference between horse and cow meat is that horse meat comes from a pretty animal, while cow meat comes from a walking baseball glove.

   I think ‘Eu de Red Mountain’ would be a perfect blend for such a meal. As an aperitif you might want the 30 day old vintage of ‘Mad Dog 20-20.’ Now for the digestif, a stout glass of of ‘Ripple’ would top off such a fine meal.

    isn’t there a risk that the drugs that horse breeders/owners inject into horses might cause health problems in humans who eat that horsemeat?
