“Dump the Trump” … If you don’t like the fact that Macy’s has chosen this a$$hat as their corporate spokesbirther, then consider spending your holiday dollars at a nice local store where you’re helping your neighbors instead of the donald.

They should take Donald Trump and Grover Norquist and ship them off someplace far away for at least a year, just to minimize the noise factor. Maybe then the adults can reconvene and get something done…

Morty, you took the time to read Miss Ima’s comment, then you took the time to respond.
Keep up the encouragement and she will keep up the one line baits that work so well.

You sarcasm is most welcome here. And sometimes it is even funnier than the cartoons themselves!

With a little rewording, this isn’t such a bad idea.

The Republicans Welfare Reform (which the Dums said would ba a disaster) is working. Also with O’s horrible economy I don’t blame people for only having 1 kid.

As a relative newcomer to comments, I have to agree with you.
    []
I checked the “stats” page and found that this troll has been a member only since April 2nd of this year; yet she has 6943 comments at present.
    []
Apparently, no life (or low life).
    []
Ignoring her is the best option. She can babble in front of the bathroom mirror.

This new report covers 2007-2010. Obama took office in 2009 so allowing for gestation it seems there might be a bit more to it than your erroneous statement. Of course that is nothing new.

“Have you checked Eryx’s comments? Over 13,000!!!!! It must be a gocomics high. With nothing to say at all.”
    []
Thanks for the hint; I hadn’t checked because I had no incentive, but your post put me on the trail.
    []
“Eryx” has been a member for approximately 47 months and averages around 287 comments per month.
    []
You have been a member for eight months (happy anniversary, today) and average 871 comments per month.
    []
I stand by my previous assessment.
    []
Additionally, I would add that “Eryx” has comments that add to any discussion (except when he gets baited by “trolls” and responds), whereas your comments are generally meaningless distractions and target individuals rather than issues.
    []
I don’t mean to hurt your feelings with that, but I believe it to be an accurate judgment.
    :)

“The TeaParty beats the SocialistParty any day.”

To the extent that Tea Party-endorsed candidates probably garnered more votes than Socialist Party-endorsed candidates, that’s a truthful statement. But then again, the last Socialist Party candidate you would likely have heard of was Eugene V. Debs. He lost (most recently in 1920).

In the last election, we had the Socialist Party USA (Stewart Alexander), the Party of Socialism and Liberation (Peta Lindsay), the Socialist Equality Party (Jerome White), and the Socialist Workers Party (James Harris). (PS: They all lost.)

The Left has always been vulnerable to splintering, but one thing I’d imagine all of these candidates agreed on is that the Democratic Party isn’t Socialist.
