The text in the word balloon is so small because the comics were printed much larger back then.

Brilliant idea! The drawings are exquisite, and this comic has an amazing, amazing history to boot.

I have heard references to Skippy and seen partial samples of a few strips. Nice, now I can follow along and see for myself what all the praise was for Skippy.

Hey GoComics while you’re at it, how about running Krazy Kat from beginning to end? I am already a fan of that just from the samples that I have seen during the years.

Krazy Kat is running now, on DailyINK. It is owned by King Features which operates DailyINK.

This is my first time reading Skippy. Cute. But where are they all from that the boy talks with such an accent?
