   In Spanish, Obama’s campaign told the Hispanics he was not deporting anyone who hadn’t committed a crime. Of course, not having proper papers (or just looking Hispanic without any papers), IS a crime, so Obama’s first term deported more Hispanics than any other president.

   
   Of course, those figures are not completely descriptive: Clinton had many more Hispanics ‘removed’ without technically deporting them, and Bush, Jr had a lot of Hispanics imprisoned for long terms in private prisons to generate big profits for Friends of the Administration, rather than deporting them, so part of Obama’s high deportation rate was freeing (and deporting) those incarcerated by Bush, Jr. who had not committed any crimes, and part was insisting on calling them ‘deportations’ rather than ‘removals’.

   And just 5 years later, the GOP is openly threatening to deliberately crash the world economy. These people are the biggest threat to America – and the world. Once upon a time, they would have been considered criminals. Today, many Americans, unfortunately, admire such thievery from the average American.

   The USA needs a strong viable Socialist party to the left of the Democratic party. The rethuglicon party should be declared illegal and unconstitutional. As for immigration, Columbus was an illegal immigrant. So were the people who landed at Plymouth Rock. The natives should have kicked everybody out.

   It’s too bad that the sore loser republicans have nothing better to do in Congress than wreck our country and economy. If they weren’t a bunch of wailing drama queens they might get something constructive done for us fellow citizens.

    You exaggerate. No seizing of guns. Taxes have been the lowest in 50 years—-especially for the top 20%.
