The Kuiper belt – not to be confused with the following:

Van Allen Belt: Area above the Earth consisting of high radiation.

Clarke Belt: A narrow belt high above the Equator at the altitude where a satellite has a 24-hour period, thus as viewed from the Earth it appears fixed in the sky, and an antenna can be fixed on it, ie avoid tracking.

Bible Belt and Rust Belt: Arbitrary areas of the US having no scientific basis. (ie, no two people would have same definition of borders)
