    In Polish, “beach” [bicz] is the word for whip.

    Polish is spoken primarily in Poland in east-central Europe.

    When you consider Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland, Poland IS in east-central Europe; its seashore on the northern border could have beaches, but all four of the European nations mentioned above are north of Poland.
