I have 900 + books on mine…assuming one pound per books, that’s 900 pounds of wood pulp (which means about two trees were not cut down) not needed plus the thing uses less than three watts which won’t even light a night light and the energy cost of shipping 900 books compared to the energy cost of a 12 ounce device? Let’s keep things realistic.
Several tens of million fewer trees cut down very year seems a pretty fair trade off for e-readers.
