    I know … “tri-tip” implies cow tipping (a rural pastime).

    Apparently you are unfamiliar with a popular cut of meat called tri-tip, or Santa Maria tri-tip, which nothing to do with cow tipping. You are such a big silly!

    Sorry, Leigh. I just don’t get it. Is this anything like a sirloin tip? I do recognize the similarity of the drawing layout to you famous Bessie cartoon. It looks like you had that cartoon in mind when you draw this one. At first, I thought it was that one.

    The ‘tri tip’ cut is common out west. Hadn’t heard of it util I spent time in So Cal last summer.
    They even have a restaurant by that name in Santa Clarita.
