I sometimes wonder if they even speak English. (Twice I’ve seen Moby Dick jokes with a gray whale.)

Surprisingly, there have been no “50 Shades of Gray” jokes/comments. Oh …. wait ….

That’s so true. I’ve wondered if they do it on purpose
for some fun because their work is the mindless boring part.

I was told as a kid that ghosts don’t have reflections because they are already reflections of a formally living person. But it was our house poltergeist that told me that. The house ghosts wouldn’t speak to me. (A house built in 1837 has a lot of ghosts, most friendly but silent.)

Incidentally I still live here, the ghosts are still here, but harmless. Most are indoor pets; but the soldiers that died in the infirmary that was on our lawn after a battle during the great incivility tend to remain outdoor pets. We have soldier ghosts from both sides.

STRANGE FACT: Infirmaries operated by Yankee forces wouldn’t care for our boys. But infirmaries operated bu our doctors would serve soldiers of both sides. Typical Southern hospitality.

I suspect they have to color so many comics a day that they give up on reading altogether. What a shame: They probably loved comics when they first got the job.
