And I’m going to remedy that leaf problem at home today. Although it does take time to rake an acre….

A well—an assemblage of brick and cement—that thinks on its own? This strip is crazy. But I still like it.

yep, rake by hand. We are dealing with wet cottonwood leaves; they mat down and the mower doesn’t have a chance to pick them up. If it was just the birch or Chinese elm leaves, different story. I would use the riding mower and pile things to a line in the center of the lawn.

Ugg, wet leaves of any type drive me nuts, it was raining for several days here and that knocked all the leaves that weren’t out yet down, and soaked ’em all.

It’s tough to rake leaves in Corpus Christi when the normal wind speed is around 20-25 mph!
