    You’d better be working Sundays.
    You have a lot of catching up to do.

    Well, the sentence is delayed due to a cat having 9 lives.

    I read once that the cartoonists always put their crummiest comic on fridays and save their best for Sunday and Monday…

    @Nancy

    My late uncle used to ‘advise’ me to produce occasional ‘duds’ deliberately, to make the rest of my strips shine.
    Advice which I’ve never heeded – at least not intentionally!

    Wow… can’t wait to see your cartoon based on Death Takes a Holiday.
    It’ll probably be Death dressed up as Santa Claus delivering freaky presents to all of the bad girls and boys.
    Whoops, already been done, sorry.
    Maybe, instead, Death carving up a turkey or something… Oh well…

    @Number Six

    Forgive me for not reading your bio and realizing you are a cartonist! I searched for your work and I ran across this (which I loved): “During my childhood, I would’nt have dreamed that the comics would have virtually become a dead industry and I feel an immense ammount of frustration at having been born at a time when I could appreciate the medium during its hey day only to ‘miss the boat’ when it comes to relying on the industry as a possible career in adulthood later on.”

    Could you please share a link of Oscar & Wild for all of us to enjoy?

    That sort of sounds like the Governor called at the last second. Or have I seen too many prison movies?

    Ha ha, you brought up dead cats, not me, Patrick Ewing!

    @Good Evening

    The cat wears a cloak and calls itself, “Snowball in Hell” now. Evil bugger.
