    So Robby admits dimocrats are more likely to be dopeheads and crimals and wants them to vote.
    Got it.

    Many of those ‘non-violent’ offenders that A.G. Holder wants to release got kids hooked on dope. Once out of jail, will these petty dealers go work at Mickey D’s ? Or go back to their old life and get more kids hooked on drugs ?

    How do you make the leap from Holder looking at mandatory sentencing guidelines to him letting drug dealers out of prison? Do you really think judges are going to go lightly on professional drug dealers, let alone to those who sell to children?

    The problem, as I have said before, is what you have to do to get the voter ID.

    Just maybe there’s a different explanation. Perhaps the guy who got caught with one joint in his possession will remember that Republicans passed laws that allowed him to be incarcerated for longer than someone who commits manslaughter, and won’t be willing to vote to continue that line of thinking.

    Or the guy who had one hit of acid, but the law states that the weight of the paper it was on was the true quantity of the drug, making it seem that he had way more in his possession than he really did.

    Or maybe you’re right: only crimals (sic) are democratic voters. But if that’s true, statistics show that in 2012 there are 5 million more crimals than Republicans in the US. But if more than half the voting population is a criminal, what does that say about the laws governing them?

    Funny, I would’ve thought you’d be all for states’ rights.

    So what’s the excuse of Tea party voters voting for Bachmann, Palin, Todd, King, Scott, and those other fools?

    Probably because they haven’t spent time in jail…. yet.

    Yea, let’s release them from jail because they can then get re-addicted to drugs, be unemployable, get welfare, food stamps, and other government handouts and that will be cheaper and safer than putting them in jail where they are supervised…

    Only if they believe like so many others out there that drugs should be legal and not prosecuted. Apparently like holder probably does.

    @JmcaRice

    Well the prisons are full, would you rather release violent criminals? Oh wait you want your taxes to go up so we can build more prisons is that it? These people are still going to jail just not for the absurd snetences they are serving for nonviolent crimes. I know thinking is hard but give it a try…
