the media showcased some cases. like elderly vets who don’t drive, trying to get a voter id card. one elderly lady had to show multiple forms of id, a number of times, to get an id card. question though, does pittsburgh steelers big ben need to show id to get a voter id card?

“You forgot the tea bags”
I’ll take that to mean you have nothing useful to say about voter ID.

What about gop election fraud? What about the reich wing politically connected voting machine companies with their virus infected unsecure voting machines that ensure the far “right” will “win”? (and have no paper trails)

Let’s see – 2016. Depends on if Obama is re-elected. If so, there may not be an election in 2016. He may do an executive order making himself President for Life, making elections unnecessary. Would not surprise me one bit! And another executive order abolishing the Congress and Supreme Court so there would be no one to disagree with him. He seems so thin-skinned, does not like to be disagreed with. He keeps trying to do an end run around the Constitution as it is. With another 4 years, what’s to stop him? But look at all the money we’ll save not having elections.

Heck to me you should have to show either a paycheck or a ss check to vote. They are the ones paying the taxes.

Um, I’m self-employed. I don’t get a regular paycheck. I also do not receive social security benefits. But I pay taxes. Whatever shall I do? Are you suggesting that only taxpayers should be allowed to vote? Should we go back to only landowners? I’m one of them. Or men? I’m one of them. And I count for one total vote, because I’m not black.
I agree that the most important issue concerning voter fraud is electronic voting machines which are both easy to rig and impossible to verify. Mr. Diebold promised to deliver the 2004 election to Dubya. How would we know?
We’ve had 12 years to try to deal with the true debacle of the 2000 federal election. What have we accomplished since then? Voter ID? How foolish and wasteful.

Howie, have they not pointed out the GOP voter registration fraud on your “news” outlets? The GOP has completely stopped registration operations for the duration of this election here in Colorado. It’s a big story, you should check it out. If you cared about Acorn, this is a whole lot bigger.

Heres what will happen…After the Race and Food Riots of 2014, Chancellor Hillary will sweep to power in 2016 and voting won’t be an issue after that. :^D

You have GOT to be kidding. Obama won fair and square. Anyone claiming otherwise is simply delusional.

It has been suggested the way to circumvent the new Jim Crowe laws is by instituting a universall federal voter ID registration law, you get one with your Social Security card.
