All the cons relaying Savage Wiener’s accusation that it was Roberts’ epilepsy meds apparently forgot that Rehnquist was stoned for years.

Bought and paid for doesn’t always mean “always”??

No. I think every one has a right to speak there mind. Regardless of wheter or not its right, or even makes sense.
Besides, im sure I’ve earned my share of flags. Pot, kettle. Glass house, you see.

You are only as good as your last declaration of being constitutional or not. Roberts clearly called the bill a tax and outside of the constitution. Now the libs need to work on taxing everyone for the global warming scam since it obviously isn’t constitutional.

Liberals love to take away the voice of anyone who doesn’t agree with them. Flagging is probably fast and furious here.

obamacare explained.
Thugverment just passed laws which couldn’t exist but for an
unconstitutional mandate (or “tax”, whichever sneaks by depending
on semantics) which forces formerly-free citizens to buy a product.
It slams the 50% of Americans who actually pay income taxes
another half-a-trillion dollars in order to cover a paltry 30 million
formerly uninsured. The same entitlement bottom
feeders/freeloaders who take more than they give (zero) continue to
pay nothing. “Fining” or penalizing people who paid nothing before
won’t work…you can’t get blood from a stone.
Hundreds of businesses got waivers from the Jugears
Administration, creating a dual caste system where the burden of
this horrendous law will lay across the backs of the middle class
and small businesses. The “evil corporations” that liberals were
hoping to punish evaded them once again, in clear violation of the
14th Amendment (equal treatment under the law).
The only clear winners here are federal mafia bureaucrats and the
12-20 million illegals, whose care is still “free” because the USA
refuses to enforce border laws and or fine Mexico, which encourages the invasion.
Attempts to point out flaws in this excellent explanation are invited.
