I think the meter goes to “Buffoon” when he says hello.

Joe is going to kick Ryan’s sorry azz all over the stage. And why not? What does Joe have to lose? He’s Joe Biden! If things go wrong he can always shout “I smell toast!” and fake a stroke…

How many gaffes to offset a lie?

This is going to be a funny debate, biden is going to get creamed. Vote out obama, we can’t afford four more years of this moron who is posing as a president and doing a terrible at it, I am forced into early retirement thanks to this obama smuck.

Since russell is in early retirement he’d better hold on to those checks REALLY tight! Romney won’t wait for cold, dead hands to pry them out of your wallet!

I’m going to pop some popcorn and enjoy the showdown of wits between Ryan and his unarmed opponent… LOOL!

A truth-o-meter would be great add to the debates. But don’t include a siren. That would go off whenever Romney opens his mouth.

Is there a meter for shooting a friend in the face and trying to blame him for the incident?

I hope Joe has a coupla beers before the debate, so he don’t hurt Mr. Ryan too bad

there is NO such thing as a reliable “lie detector”….I believe the US courts still reject them as “evidence” or “testimony” in trials.
-
and the new fad of “fact checkers” was immediately tainted by a growing number of PARTISAN POLITICAL PEOPLE doing biased and skewed “fact checking” from the “facts” of their particular “alternate world views”…..LOL
-
Voters now more than ever need to use inborn common sense and logic and a little prayer wouldn’t hurt, to detect who is speaking from actual, verifiable honest opinion based on provable facts!

@ODon
That is complicated by Biden lying and gaffing. How do you factor that?

Ryan has yet to quantify or qualify anything he’s proposed as to impacts, and hasn’t answered any of the questions from the “media”. He stresses out the moment he doesn’t have total control of the microphone, or situation. With Ryan the shocker wouldn’t be a lie detector, but having that underworked “truth detector” go off, ever.
Interesting that they’re already trying to defend Ryan by stating he “has no debate experience”, from all Republican quarters. Exactly what HAS Ryan been doing these years in Congress and politics then??

^…. “Ryan has yet to quantify or qualify anything” ………………Dems had to pass Obama Care to know what was in it….Kind of like that???
