The View is the right place for the President to tackle such problems?

So you discount the substantial increase in the use of armed drones and other forays into sovereign counties?

@various far “right” trolls: while you hide in your parent’s basements gorging on junk food and typing 20 hours a day on your virus infected computers in service to your corporate masters (and not getting paid for it) the rest of us are out in the world and realizing that the far “right” is the problem and that the corporate and megarich funded politicians must be swept out of office on election day.

Clark, that was so weird, even from you. If you swept all the megarich and corporate funded politicians, there would be none left. Of any party…

Hey, Russ! It is definitely possible to do worse in the mideast. You righties seem to conveniently forget the name of George W. Bush.

Romney’s failed European tour doesn’t suggest he even has a clue about foreign policy.

Interesting how many people from different cultures Obama grew up with, as a kid, and in college, learning an understanding of those cultures, then applying that learning to help people in Chicago, and how to deal with them and FOR them. Mitt, even in Paris, was isolated to a culture dictated by Mormons, the rich, and “silver spoon” crowd.

Understanding diversity is critical at this time in history, and the need for diplomacy, not just hegemony and wars. Much as the right-wignut chickenhawks resent it, we’ve got a better guy in the job right now. As a former “war-fighter”, I recognize his intelligence with intelligence, and we don’t need another phony “WMD” guy getting us into MORE trouble.

It is Obama that does not have a clue as to reality in the Mideast…..the MSM that elected O and is busy 24/7 trying to re-elect O, gave a biased report on Romney’s overseas tour.
Romney since the early 1970s has had first-hand information on the #1 U.S. Ally Israel and the Arab and Islamic threats to both Israel and “the Greater Satan, USA”….
Romney will NOT have a foreign policy of APPEASEMENT and APOLOGY for the USA and our security and cultural values, that gives Global Jihadism a green light to use any alibi or excuse to riot and attack and kill Americans and Jews, as Obama has had since Jan. 2009.

Well one thing we don’t have today, because of George Bush is Uday Hussen in charge in Iraq armed with nuclear weapons. We have Saddams nuclear weapons engineer, and 550 tons of yellow cake urainium was flown to Canada from Iraq to be used in their nuclear power plants. You know that yellow cake urainium that Saddam wasn’t trying to get according to Valery Plames husband,Joe Wilson,.How could all the left miss that story? It was on MSNBC’s website and in the very back of the local newspaper in very small print .You’d think the leftwingnut propaganda ministry was trying to hide it.I wonder how much else the leftwing news nerds don’t report?

Wow! I’m impressed! So much meaningless drivel in a single paragraph. I don’t think I’ve seen its equal since Romney’s last speech.

Sir, denis is right. I read it in the paper also, hidden on a back page so they would not have to admit that Pres. Bush was right.. Sorry to dissilusion you.

wait wait are you in support of the US invading other sovereign countries or do you think those things are part of the reason the radicals hate and attack the US?

I’m asking because I had you pigon-holed as a middle of the road liberal with some common sense conservatism in the mix.

As long as Muslims “war” against each other in the name of Allah we wi;l have this problem. Remember, Christians warred against each other during the Reformation, and it lasted hundreds of years. Unfortunately, the Arab states have TOTAL government control of major media, so the uninformed/uneducated think that whatever comes from our country is automatically state sponsored. By the way, Romney’s “information” on Israel seems to come directly from Sheldon “Bomb Iran” Adelson. What does Romney think (if he does) that an Israeli/US strike would do to oil prices and our budget deficit?
