Yes, they are always riled up about something! And quite negative toward anything and every body too.

Had it gone the other way the liberals would be cussing worse and the lawyers would all be in full blast.

There is no love or compassion in the rethuglican position. Your comment just another example of “tell a lie often enough and you will begin to believe it,” no matter how unbelievable the lie is.

No matter how the ruling went the other side would not be happy. But the redeumbliacns are being purely childish with their rabid hatred. And no the democrats would not be cussing worse. Speaking out against the ruling in terse comments, yes. Throwing temper tantrums and wetting themselves like the republicans, absolutely not.

There were plenty of Democrats who didn’t think that the ‘Individual Mandate’ would stand up to Constitutional scrutiny.
Which is different from thinking that it was a bad idea.

Hurray, I just took (and passed, 85%, not bad for a German) the virtual citizenship test on MSNBC. No tricks, no cheating, no Google, just my good old brain and the stuff i crammed in there over the years. Very entertaining, check it out:

Happy forth, fellow (virtual-) citizens! :-)

ScottPM said “It’s the libs who hate.”
A reminder, lest you forget: The individual mandate was included at the insistence of the Republicans, who then tried to use it to have the entire law declared unconstitutional.

Rush, Cantor, Hannity, McConnell, Boehner, Savage, Fux News in general, it’s been 3 1/2 years of constant “Kenyan” to bypass what they REALLY mean! But don’t worry, the JBS and TEA party fully understand the Kode Keeper Konstant.

Certainly, any really well thought out “Single Pay” system would have been – and WOULD BE, were it possible to get such past Bawling Baby Boehner and his ilk – a far, Far, FAR better option. But, for that, we’ll just have to wait until November, and . . . pray, maybe.

Agreed.
But there are bad ideas and BAD!!!! ideas.
If ACA had been deemed unConstitutional, Obama would not be likely to get a Single Payer system through, even if presented with a Democratic supermajority in both House and Senate in the second term.
And expecting Romney to do anything of the sort would be hopeless.

Anyone who knows what happened this past week would be cursing just the same. The gimme-gimmes, as usual, are clueless deadwood.

Liberals are finally glad to be controlling 17% of the economy. Too bad it will destroy the entire economy.

the mandate is and was a republican idea. Written at the Cato Institute and with the Heritage foundation’s blessings.
They were angry at the uninsured “freeloading” by getting there medical care in the emergency rooms all over.
And who paid for their medical bills? it was the tax payers.
