Ripley's Believe It or Not has been presenting the incredible and the unusual in illustrated form since Robert Ripley's first "Champs and Chumps" comic published on Dec. 19, 1918. Currently, B.I.O.N. is illustrated by John Graziano, who has been working as an artist and illustrator since 1983, when he received a certificate in illustration from the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts. He has designed trading card sets and a portrait series based on the 1960s cult TV show "Dark Shadows." John has also created comic strips for "Scream Queens" magazine, designed t-shirts graphics and created storyboards and concept drawings for Hollywood films. Researcher Lucas Stram has worked since 2004 as the voice behind the cartoon, reviewing potential stories, filtering through the hundreds of weekly submissions and putting together the stories for John to bring to life. New submissions are always welcome. Just click here.

I once read of a fruitcake that had been re-gifted back and forth for many years.

2 of my aunts sent the same card to each other on their respective birthdays for many many years. I saw it once and it was covered in messages and names.

So if one stands on Chester City Walls on a Sunday and catches Prince Charles trying to sneak in, they can take a shot at him? After all, he is the Prince of Wales.

On each holiday/event (birthday, Valentines, Christmas), my husband takes me to the store and shows me the card he would have purchased, thus saving him upwards of $15 per year. ;-)

Looks like Chester City is a few miles from Wales. You’d need a really long longbow.

Swapping cards just means your cheap. How is that notable?

Better not to contribute to the national debt or any debt by frivolous squandering.

That is true. No one actually wants it.

His security detail might get upset, but I doubt the queen will.

Swapping a card for 37 years? Wow! That saved them over $8.00 a year! ($4.00 each)
Actually, it’s a great idea —
It kept a lot of useless cards out of the landfill.
