The Khewra Salt Mine in Punjab, Pakistan, has been in business for more than 2,300 years! Mirin Dajo (1912-1948), a Dutch performer, could impale himself through the chest with fencing swords- without drawing blood! The Olympic Symbol of interlocking rings made its debut in 1920, but Nazi propaganda popularized it for the 1936 olympics and created a long-standing myth that the symbol dated back to Ancient Greece.
