Actually, there were two different cartoon shorts. The “wheel of punishment” segments were in “Early to Bet” (Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol 1, Disc 4). The “not Happy Birthday” segment was in “It’s Hummer Time” (Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol 6, Disc 4).
